At the beginning of the 2000s, the Polish SME market was only starting to discover modern treasury products and professional FX advisory. Most companies still treated foreign exchange as a purely operational process handled through standard bank branches, without strategic thinking around risk management, pricing or international growth.

The challenge was not only to sell FX solutions, but to educate the market and build trust in a completely different model of banking relationship.

What We Shipped

Built an FX and treasury client portfolio from scratch through intensive outbound sales, relationship building and direct market education.

Developed one of the early international-style FX brokerage approaches inside corporate banking in Poland, combining sales, advisory and market expertise for SME and mid-market clients.

Worked directly with business owners and finance teams on:

  • FX transactions and treasury solutions
  • international payments
  • hedging strategies
  • relationship-driven financial advisory
  • development of long-term corporate banking partnerships
