Challenge

The bank needed a modern financial markets and treasury sales structure capable of supporting corporate clients across multiple regions in Poland.

At the time, building a scalable FX and treasury organization inside a retail-commercial banking structure was still relatively uncommon in the Polish market.

What We Shipped

Created the Financial Markets Department entirely from scratch.

Responsible for:

• designing the business model
• building operational procedures
• recruiting FX dealers and regional sales specialists
• creating sales standards and treasury workflows
• integrating treasury products into corporate banking operations
• developing client service and execution processes

Built a nationwide structure connecting treasury expertise with regional corporate banking teams.

The department focused on delivering FX and treasury solutions to SME and corporate clients in a more advisory-driven and scalable way.

• Successfully launched a new nationwide treasury sales structure
• Built and managed teams of dealers and regional specialists
